Reward System for Reporting



I. Purpose of Setting up Reporting

In order to crack down on violations of discipline or even illegal behaviors such as claiming advantage, job occupation, etc., and encourage active reporting of various incidents that infringe on the corporate benefit, this reward system for reporting is formulated.


II. Applicable Objects of Reporting

The applicable objects of reporting:

It is applicable to all reports against the Group, not only within the company but also the whole society.

Once the reported facts are verified, those who violate laws and disciplines will be punished according to thefollowing standards: if the illegal amount such as accepting bribes or soliciting bribes is less than 30,000 Yuan, illegal gains shall be confiscated upon discovery, and the company will be compensated for its reputation loss and economic loss according to the standard of three times the amount involved. If the amount is huge and the nature is particularly bad, the company will be compensated for its reputation loss and economic loss according to the standard of 5-8 times the amount involved, and it will be transferred to the judiciary according to the seriousness of the case.


III. Conditions for Awarding

The reward conditions of this system are as follows: real-name reports of embezzlement or other means of infringing on the Group's property and other violations of discipline and law, and verified by the Group's Discipline Supervision Office.


IV. Reward Standard for Reporting

According to the report, for any acts against the interests of the group is verified: If the value of the violation is less than 1 million Yuan (including 1 million Yuan), it will be rewarded by 10% of the value; if the value is more than 1 million Yuan but less than 5 million Yuan (including 5 million Yuan), it will be rewarded by 8% of the value. If the value reaches more than 5 million Yuan, it will be rewarded at 5% of the value.


V. No-reward Circumstances

1. Those who violate laws and disciplines voluntarily confess;

2. The reported violations of laws and disciplines are discovered and being investigated or corresponding measures have been taken by the Group;

3. Persons with specific obligations report  facts and suspects of violations of laws and disciplines;

4. Other circumstances that should not be rewarded for reporting.


VI. Reporting Methods

Informants can report violations of the property interests of the Group by telephone, letter or face to face:

2. Report by letter: Attn. Wei Wei, President Office of Hongzhan Alcohol, No.2469 Chuangxin 1st Road, Songbei District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province

3. Face-to-face report: The meeting place can be specified according to the requirements of the informant.


VII. Confidentiality Measures

1. Effectively protect the real-name informant. In case of contacting the informant, a special person must be assigned to talk. The case clues must be understood and verified without exposing the identity of the informant.

2. Keep the informant and reward strictly confidential, and the relevant information reported shall not be leaked. Without the consent of the informant, the name and identity of the informant shall not be disclosed.


VIII. Report Bonus Payment

After the investigation of the reported case is completed, the report bonus shall be applied by the Discipline Supervision Office and paid within 7 working days through the bank account provided by the informant or other means.
