At the meeting, we heard the report on the completion of the matters to be completed in June, the Financial Management Center reported the analysis of the production and operation situation in June and the first half of the year, the general managers of the factories and members of the Group's leadership team reported the work of the month of June and the first half of the year, the main problems and the work plan in the second half of the 2023 respectively.
Yang Gang, Group President, Wang Yudong, Executive Director, and Yang Cong, Chairman respectively affirmed the work in the first half of 2023 and made arrangements around the business objectives, cost reduction and efficiency increase, management improvement, safety production, strengthening learning, autumn grain purchase, technical reform, information technology construction, human resource management and so on in 2023.
