On August 24, 2023, Yang Ruinan, Vice President of Heilongjiang Hongzhan Group, led the staff of the Comprehensive Administration Department to follow the leaders of Office of Public Sector Reform Committee of the Harbin Municipal Party Committee to Dongsheng Village, Anjia Town, Wuchang City, inquiring about the situation of the disaster in detail, visiting the affected people, and donating the living materials, such as Jiuzhan soybean oil and noodles, etc., to the local people through the government of Anjia Town, Wuchang City, and encouraging the affected people to reinforce confidence, overcome the difficulties, and rebuild their homes as soon as possible.
