For example, in 2020, the total production of fermented alcohol of the whole industry reached 10.15 million tons, breaking through 10 million tons for the first time, creating a new situation for the development of the alcohol industry; Fuel ethanol industry basically created a new situation, has a new target; A series of new technologies and processes have been popularized and applied, and the production level of the industry has been further improved rapidly. However, there are many challenges facing the industry, such as the stagnant development of fuel ethanol, alcohol overcapacity, low industry profitability, ethanol and DDGS import threat, and so on. However, challenges and opportunities coexist. Several important factors conducive to the development of the industry have not changed. First, the historical periodic rate of corn supply and demand from tight to surplus has not changed. Second, the role of fuel ethanol carbon neutral will not change. Third, the long-term growth trend of the total demand for fermented alcohol has not changed. We must face up to difficulties and believe that they are only temporary. We must remain resilient and confident. He hoped that the production technology of enterprises should be constantly upgraded; We should embrace digital transformation and industrial Internet. It is necessary to do a good job in carbon emission reduction, constantly reduce the operating liabilities of enterprises, so that enterprises can enter a virtuous cycle of continuous technological progress and continuous improvement of enterprise management level.
