Heilongjiang Hongzhan Bioenergy Co., Ltd. is located in Huanan County Chemical Industry Park, Heilongjiang Province, with a factory area of 376,000 square meters and a total construction area of 57,000 square meters. The project started construction on March 15, 2019 and was officially put into production on November 2 of the same year.
Heilongjiang Hongzhan Bioenergy Co., Ltd. Is one of nine new fuel ethanol projects in Heilongjiang Province by National Energy Administration, and is the fuel ethanol production enterprise approved by the Development and Reform Commission of Heilongjiang Province and mainly promoted as one of the "100 Major Projects" in the province.
Heilongjiang Hongzhan Bioenergy Co., Ltd. mainly produces general-grade ethanol, fuel ethanol and DDGS high-protein feed. The enterprise processes 1.2 million tons of corn annually, with an annual output of 400,000 tons of ethanol and 360,000 tons of DDGS high-protein feed.
The enterprise was rated as "Enterprise with Special Contributions to Tax Payment 2019" by the Government of Huanan County in August, 2020, the "Model of Agriculture-related Enterprises" by Huanan County Party Committee and County Government in September, 2020. It was designated as the "Party-mass Service Center" by the Organization Department of the County Party Committee in September, 2020, "Advanced Collective for Fighting COVID-19 Epidemic" by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government in October, 2020. The party branch of the company was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization in Heilongjiang Province" by the Provincial Party Committee in 2021, "Industry Leading Enterprise in Private Economy 2021" by Jiamusi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government in February 2022, and "Enterprise with Outstanding Contribution to County Economy" by Huanan County Party Committee and County Government in April 2022.
